We have a strong and very typical family bond that is filled with role patterns, codes, but also a lot of humor. Not always easy to decipher for outsiders and therefore certainly no easy task for facilitators Albert and Annemarie.

They did a fantastic job by facilitating – and sometimes even actively intervening – in our conversations in an incomparable and effective way without breaking the familial intimacy or disrupting it in any other way. They were in a way very present, but at the same time pleasantly invisible. The key word for me in this is the safe environment they were able to create for us. Looking back, that would not have been possible without them.

Of course, the sessions have only been a beginning and there is still a lot of work to be done. It has helped us tremendously to look at each other with a new perspective and I look back on it with a lot of pleasure.
